Full-Time Program Director/On-Air Personality

Job Description
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of programming success in another large market and a strong leader who will be responsible for all aspects of the programming department, coaching the on-air staff and hosting an on-air shift. Qualifications include a minimum of five years on-air experience with the ability to communicate and connect with our demo – Women 25-54. The Program Director and On-Air Personality is a management position requiring significant experience in radio operations and knowledge of programming strategies and techniques. Talent as an on-air host/board operator for live radio is also a requirement. All candidates must be team players with strong moral character and integrity. Equal Opportunity Employer
