Job Description
If you are an experienced air personality who wants to use your talents as ministry, if you are a team player who can personally connect with listeners on-air and off, if you understand how to work within format parameters to maximize listener support and ratings, we’d like to talk with you! We are a top 25 market, Southwest Christian radio station looking for drive-time air talent. Ministry through music, discipleship, information and community outreach are an integral part of what we do. A heart for Christ, strong on-air presence and being a team player are essential to this position. We are also looking for outstanding written and verbal communications skills, the ability to interact well with listeners at public appearances and events and experience with the Scott system and/or Pro Tools. A minimum of five years of experience is required. We strongly prefer prior experience with Christian radio in a major or large market.
